Abstract


Planning for an economy in a nation is characterized as ' The settling on of major monetary choices what and what amount is to be created, how when and where it is to be delivered and to whom it is to be allotted by the cognizant choice of determinate specialist based on a far-reaching study of the monetary and Economic framework overall'. The legislature needs to get ready and actualize a complete financial arrangement coordinating the private division with people in general part. It is consequently that India has been monetary planning. In this exploration paper, the investigation has been done to look at the 12th Five Year Plan in the growth and development in the rural area of India.
