Abstract


In recent years, Employee Engagement has attracted immense attention from both the industry as the academia as a strategic workplace approach to enhance employees’ commitment and productivity by aligning them with the organization’s goal in the long-run whilst enhancing their own sense of well-being in the organization. It is rightly asserted that Engagement has created great deal of consideration among human resource practitioners, entrepreneurs and academic researchers across the globe. This paper entails discussion on important factors for employee engagement and an extensive literature review on impact of organizational climate on employee engagement in IT sector.
